My son has flourished by going to this school. He is becoming a well-rounded young boy. The academic programs at Trinity are wonderful. My son can practically read anything put in front of him and he is in first grade. My son is surrounded by kind, hardworking children in part because of the teaching style of the faculty and also because of the high level of parental involvement at Trinity. Although Trinity is not a large school, it does provide everything a parent could want for their child's academic career. “Trinity Lutheran has and will continue to provide a fine 'Christian' education for its students. It is the perfect partner for any parent who wants their child educated in a Christian environment. The staff is very dedicated--most of them spending their entire teaching ministry at our school, which speaks volumes about their dedication to their Lord, the children and their 'call'. We have a very fine facility. Our Science, Math, English and Literature curriculum have been recently updated. We have a wonderful Science Lab, Resoure Center, Computer Lab, Music Program and Art program. Our Art instructor retired last year and currently the Art program is being taught by a team of very qualified, capable parents. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the vacant Art teacher position. Our school participates in the MEAP program beginning at 7th grade. Because we are not state funded, the MEAP tests are not offered to us by the State, they do provide testing sites for our students at the 7th grade level. I have always found our principal to be very available. Trinity also offers a 'Resource Room' for students who need addition help. There are many extra curricular activities available from Boy Scouts to sports to worship and service opportunities. Trinity is a family friendly school who has been a wonderful partner with us as we raise our children in a Christian home.”

“After having children at Trinity for 17 years, I am extremely pleased and enthusiastic about this school. It consistently produces high school valedictorians and top-tier results in standardized testing. Graduates typically qualify for advance placement. Dedicated teachers and staff represent a balance from new grads to highly experienced. The technology program is directed by a former computer industry executive who left a fasttrack career to teach children. The science lab is high school quality. Professional special education services are provided. Fine arts include choir, band, strings, and art instruction. School is operated by Trinity Church with leadership elected by congregation and appointed by church council (not by the principal). Accredited by Michigan District and currently pursuing National Lutheran Schools accreditation.”

“Parents beware! An unavailable principal in addition to budget and funding problems, make providing enrichment and state of the art technology impossible. Non-creative, teaching environment. Emphasis at this school is sports, not academics. School does not participate in state MEAP tests. Beware of Iowa results, these results are based on a full district, not one school, so can't be adequately compared to local districts. No foreign language program. Dated materials.”
