very rude! i went to this car wash today after changing my oil, and i had a free coupon to get an oil change, and i can see why its free, they are rude, and un skilled, i was told to put my truck into neutral that was after i asked, and i did do that, but my truck is hard to shift so when i THOUGHT i was in neutral, i was actually in drive, then i fixed that, and they were still screaming at me and told me to back up, i was laughing hysterically because i never seen bigger idiots at least not recently that is, so finally i showed the GENUIS that i was in neutral, duh what morons! also they are very rude, i can see why they are free!
